Instructor: Karen W. Jones
Karen Jones is a Certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher and Licensed Professional Counselor. She is currently retired from the field of Mental Health Counseling and is dedicated to continuing to teach about mindfulness and stress reduction through Mindfulness and Motion, LLC
Session: Three – 1 1/2 hour classes
Dates: Wednesdays –October 30, November 6, 13, 2024 
Time: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM  

Note: The class is contingent on a minimum of 10 registrations. Classes are subject to be canceled should they not reach enrollment.

This workshop invites you to learn how to integrate the benefits of mindfulness into your everyday activities. You will experience focused breathing exercises and mindful movement that everyone can do. We will focus on stress indicators and engaging in stress reduction and relaxation. The course is open to those who are beginners as well as those who are wanting to revisit or recharge their understanding and use of mindfulness-based stress reduction practices.
