Please note:  The program is full for the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 School Years.

• This registration form is valid for one year only.


• A new form must be requested and re-submitted for each year that you place your child on the waiting list.


• This application DOES NOT guarantee enrollment.


• This application confirms your child's place on the waiting list by date of received application.


• The number of available openings in the pre school class is determined following high school student  

          enrollment in the pre school lab course for the upcoming school year.

• Enrollment is limited to South Western School District residents only.
